This is ideal for those who simply want some webspace to host their weather station data. As part of the package all the Cumulus library files will be added to your account so all you need do is give Cumulus your username and password and you are up and running.

I will provide this for 25ukp, 40 US$, 29 Euros per year.

Additional disk space can be added to your account for a charge (35ukp per 500Mb per year).

Similarly more bandwidth can be made available for a fee if you find your site has high volumes of traffic, however 2Gb should be more than ample for all but the busiest sites. Your control panel instantly gives details on your disk space and bandwidth usage.

If you select 'complete package', please note all of the following:

You will require to own a domain name and have the ability to redirect this to my server. Many Domain Registrars give you access to a control panel and you can do this yourself, alternatively you would email them to make the change.

There are two options available to you:

Transfer your complete domain. This involves changing your Nameservers to point at my server. Doing this will give complete control to my servers and all web, ftp, mail for your domain will be handled by my server.
Change your "www A name DNS" entry to point to my server in which case I would only handle your web traffic and email would remain with your current provider.

If you do not own a domain name I can arrange to purchase one for you at very competitive prices. My server will host any domain name from any country.

Note: changes to your domain "nameserver" can take up to 48 hours to flow around the internet. As a result, for this period of time, some users could be visiting your old server while others find the new one. Similarly purchasing a new domain name can take the same amount of time to be seen by 'the world'

If you wish to move away from using my hosting server you simply reassign your domain name to an alternative host. I never own your domain name and it remains the property of you at all times.

The server is housed in a secure data centre within the UK and has access to 8gbps of connectivity. Data is automatically backed up 4 times each day and the server is connected to a UPS power facility and fully protected by a fire suppression system.
